CarDomain and pretended it's his car
2. His excuse for only 2 pictures was he dropped his phone/camera in the toilet but was still able to retrieve ONE picture
3. Stole a pic from
CarDomain (again) and pretended it's his girlfriend's house in Malibu, CA
4. Stole pics from some model and pretended she was his girlfriend
5. Created a Facebook account for a fake "fiancé"
6. Fabricated conversations on
Facebook with a fake girlfriend (complete with CUTIE, HOTI11EE, etc
7. Apparently has fake AIM logons for his fake girlfriend and carries on fake conversations
8. Posted it on a LOCAL message board whose members he has met
9. Has spread ALL over the country and several other
countries.
10. The OP has come back and posted a few comments
without defending his actions (Naive?)
11. The OP actually showed up on the forum a month later
and made a
random post

**The thing that makes this story "epic" is not what
the OP actually did -- people lie on the internet
all the time... it's the fact that the story made
it's way across internet automotive forums like
wildfire. Us car guys and girls usually stick
together -- we don't like BS and we're ready to call
it anytime.
This is a testament to the power of the internet and
automotive enthusiasts. We need to harness this
power and use it for more productive means -- like
preventing and catching car thefts and shady auto
shops. (Ironically, a story about catching a Skyline
theif made it's way around the internet forum world
around the same time as "FreshFail".**
