Interview:

MDSS: How did hear about MDSS?
Brian W.: I honestly dont remember. Ive been on here for alil while now i guess

MDSS: When and why did you purchase the ride you have?
Brian W.: I got it in early 2004. It was in teh SUN newspaper for $400.00 and i went there and talked the guy down to $275.00 Cash. I got it cause i wanted a 240sx Coupe. this car was orginally from Georgia so it had a pretty rust free body.

MDSS: What kind of condition was it in?
Brian W.: his car was orginally from Georgia so it had a pretty rust free body. But it did not run and had all kinds of dead bugs in it.

MDSS: Daily, Weekend, show, or race car?
Brian W.: It started out as a project car that then turned into a daily driver/ weeekend drift car. It is now a full fledged drift car though that only gets trailered to events.

MDSS: What modification on your vehicle to you like the most?
Brian W.: I guess the the combo of engine mods... 9000 RPM + 18 psi of boost makes it fun to drive. And the suspension makes it fun too. I kinda like ALL of it... haha.

MDSS: What is the most expensive part on your car?
Brian W.: Hmmm..... Probably the Desmond Regamaster wheels.... or maybe my built motor.

MDSS: What was the last modification you installed on your ride?
Brian W.:New transmission which i break every event... im installing a 300ZX trans soon that should solve that problem.

MDSS: What has given you the most headache working on your car? (Part, experience, shop)
Brian W.: Stuff breaking... mainly transmission. And really its tough finding time to work on my own car as im always working on customers cars and then at the end of the day... dont really feel like doing anything to my own.

MDSS: How much of the work have you gotten your hands dirty with versus outsourcing to a shop?
Brian W.: I do all my own work in-house @ MA-Motorsports

MDSS: Are there any future plans for this ride?
Brian W.: 300ZX transmission and upwards of 400whp via more boost and race gas. Then replace the chassi of the car with one that isnt smashed.

MDSS: How long have you been working on this ride?
Brian W.: about 3 years now.

MDSS: Are you into the show or race scene? Or both?
Brian W.: just drifting with this car.

MDSS: Do have any sponsors?
Brian W.: My shop MA-Motorsports and now Dunlop Tires aswell.

MDSS: Are you a part of a local car crew?
Brian W.: Haha... we used to have a drift team we joked about called "Naked Girl Avalanche"

Shout outs: BIG thanks to Ray( business partner and all around genius) he helped me with everything in the car i couldnt do myself. Also my dad for supporting me in my racing habits and encouraging me to keep on keeping on. All my friends that have helped me make it this far in drifting and life in general. Thanks alot... you have no idea!!
