These are the general terms, rules, protocol that you automatically accept and agree to adhere by while using this website and forum. You are responsible for your own actions.

The staff here works hard to make sure the forums don't end up like many internet forums. This is not an anything goes community. We want these forums to be clean, informative, fun, and useful. To that end, we've created the following terms to ensure our purpose is accomplished. We run a tight ship, but we feel it is in the best interest of the community.

 

MDStreetScene.com, MDStreetScene, MDSS, and "the site" are one-in-the-same.

 

We reserve the right to moderate the forums/site in whatever manner we choose for the "greater good" of the community. We examine each incident on a situation-by-situation basis. This means that, even if you're not technically breaking any of the previously-listed rules, you could still be subject to being banned, moderated, or removed from the site if we chose appropriate.

 

The site and forum terms are being re-written.

In the interim, please feel free to respectfully ask any questions you may have.

`(2) CIVIL LIABILITY- No provider or user of an interactive
computer service shall be held liable on account of--
`(A) any action voluntarily taken in good faith to
restrict access to or availability of material that the
provider or user considers to be obscene, lewd, lascivious,
filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise
objectionable, whether or not such material is
constitutionally protected; or
`(B) any action taken to enable or make available to
information content providers or others the technical means
to restrict access to material described in paragraph
